Can the repair be completed on the first visit?

Simple repairs may be possible during the diagnostic visit. If parts or more involved work are required, we will explain the next step and arrange a quote or return visit where appropriate.

What if the system appears to be low on refrigerant?

Refrigerant is not used up like fuel. A leak-free system should not need routine top-ups. If the charge is low, we investigate the cause and any leak needs to be repaired before recharging.

Is repair always better than replacement?
